Ashcroft headcount grows by a third through pandemic

Ashcroft’s partners also have a combined 145 years of professional expertise

Cambridge-based accountancy firm, Ashcroft, has revealed its headcount has grown by over 30% since formation in March 2020, just as the UK went into national lockdown.

It is reported that the firm now has over 40 expert advisors to entrepreneurs, corporations and private clients. Ashcroft is said to be putting people “at the centre” of its mission with its new approach to client support ‘create, realise, retain’.

In addition, the team at Ashcroft are said to be committed to creating “productive” relationships and long-term partnerships, which help their clients to realise the value of their assets and retain their wealth through adding real, discernible value.

Ashcroft’s partners also have a combined 145 years of professional expertise and deliver inspirational leadership and a culture of candour that enables them to “be unique in how they deliver and exceed expectations for their clients”, whether it be securing R&D funding, planning for the next generation, helping to sell businesses or just accounting and personal tax compliance.

Dominic Anthony, partner at Ashcroft, said: “At Ashcroft, we understand that every client is different. Our holistic approach to advising clients is embedded in our culture and is the foundation of the firm.

“We pride ourselves on creating trusted and long-standing relationships with each of our clients by understanding their goals, professional preferences, and personal likes, and it is this approach that we believe really makes a difference to their success.”

Anthony added: “We strive to retain our commitment to clients, often becoming a trusted strategist and true extension of their team. As a result, many of the individual client relationships our talented team have retained and brought with them to Ashcroft span generations. I look forward to seeing what the coming years have in store for the firm as we continue to grow.”
