Tax expert joins PKF Francis Clark in Bristol

Nicola Manclark joins a team of over 40 tax specialists across PKF Francis Clark’s eight offices

PKF Francis Clark has appointed Nicola Manclark as a partner at its growing Bristol office.

Manclark previously worked in the legal sector as a corporate tax partner. She brings 20 years’ experience of advising a wide range of clients, including tech companies and property businesses, on the tax implications of a wide variety of business issues, particularly transactions such as the sale of companies and real estate.

She joins a team of over 40 tax specialists across PKF Francis Clark’s eight offices and will work closely with the firm’s corporate finance team to guide clients through acquisitions, disposals and other deals.

Manclark said: “One of the main attractions of PKF Francis Clark for me was the opportunity to be part of a dedicated tax advisory team. I’m looking forward to working alongside some outstanding specialists as part of a bigger tax team which has real breadth and depth of experience, and will give me a great opportunity to develop my practice and expertise.”

John Endacott, head of tax at PKF Francis Clark, added: “We’re delighted Nicola has joined us to help lead and develop our tax advisory team. As a tax lawyer, she brings a wealth of experience on complex corporate transactions and property deals, as well as strengthening our team in Bristol.”

Since it opened nearly three years ago, PKF Francis Clark revealed its Bristol office has “grown rapidly”, with a team of around 50 people now advising a wide range of clients across the city and beyond from their base in Victoria Street.
