EY-Parthenon unveils partner appointments

Matt Robb, lead partner at EY-Parthenon Strategy, said that ‘now more than ever’ clients need to draw on diverse multi-disciplinary teams with demonstrable best-in-class expertise across strategy, transactions and implementation.

EY-Parthenon has announced the appointment of two new partners as it responds to changing market demands and invests in continued growth.

John Cooper joins EY-Parthenon’s Transaction Strategy and Execution team from PA Consulting and brings 30 years’ experience in supporting leading global com​​panies in the consumer sector.

In his new role, Cooper will continue to help clients create sustainable competitive advantage through their strategic and operational transformation.

Laura Higgins joins from a big four accountancy practice and brings a breadth of global experience and functional expertise. She has worked in challenging and complex B2B environments where she specialised in supporting clients realise value, from the planning and visioning stage into full scale transformation.

In her new role, the firm said she will focus on expanding EY-Parthenon’s Demand Strategy Practice, a new pan-sector team which supports clients to maximise profitable growth. The team will provide clients with an end-to-end transformation solution, covering go-to-market strategy, pricing and profit optimisation, sales effectiveness, brand valuation, marketing, digital and customer centric transformation.

Cooper said: “I’m thrilled to be part of EY-Parthenon’s market leading team and look forward to supporting clients tackle these challenges and seize the opportunities ahead of them.”

Higgins added: “I’m looking forward to growing EY-Parthenon’s Demand Strategy Practice which will help our clients identify and realise value in the short-term and achieve their long-term growth ambitions.”
