Tilney Smith and Williamson has strengthened its valuations team with the appointment of Olivier Pecon as a partner and national head of valuations.
Pecan has 20 years experience in corporate finance advisory, covering valuations and modelling, M&A and due diligence services.
He joins from EY where he was a partner specialising in valuations and financial modelling and focused on the TMT, consumer products and financial services industries.
The firm added he has “extensive” experience leading global/cross-border engagements, working in conjunction with corporate development, finance and accounting teams, due diligence teams, tax experts and lawyers.
