Rosalind Payne, who joins as a tax partner, has over 18 years’ experience advising clients on all aspects of tax transactions. Payne’s expertise includes due diligence, tax structuring and share purchase agreements.
In her new role at BDO, she will support transactionally active businesses in and around the Thames Valley to execute their transaction strategy.
Joining from EY, Payne has previous experience in advising international PE-backed tech businesses, institutional investors and large corporates.
Since January this year, BDO has appointed 18 external and 20 internal individuals as partners.
