Johnston Carmichael adds three to its board

The new Board members are Graham Marjoribanks, head of audit and assurance, Lynne Walker, head of business advisory and Shaun Millican, head of technology and life sciences

Johnston Carmichael, Scotland’s largest independent accountancy and business advisory firm, has appointed three of its partners to board level.

The new board members are Graham Marjoribanks, head of audit and assurance, Lynne Walker, head of business advisory and Shaun Millican, head of technology and life sciences.

They will join the existing board members Mark Houston, Craig MacPherson, Sandy Manson and Andrew Walker. 

Sandy Manson, chair of the board, said: “I am thrilled to welcome Lynne, Shaun and Graham to our board. They bring a rich and diverse mix of talents, experience, and perspective to help oversee and guide our business as we keep developing and growing our capabilities in light of client requirements.
