BDO has strengthened its audit practice through the appointment of two new partners.
Matthew Haverson will now join the firm as a partner in its technology and media team. He joins from PwC and will be based in London.
According to the firm, Haverson has several years of experience working with a variety of businesses in the technology sector, ranging from smaller businesses looking to scale-up, to larger, listed firms.
In addition, David Perry also joins as a partner, with a focus on businesses operating in betting, gaming and the hospitality sector. Prior to his appointment, he worked at Deloitte.
Perry is said to bring with him vast experience working in the audit and advisory space, with clients from start-ups to FTSE 250 firms. In previous roles, he spent time supporting businesses across a range of sectors including consumer markets, real estate, technology and media and manufacturing.

Since January, BDO has appointed 14 external and 20 internal individuals as partner.
