Azets adds Frazer Nicol to lead corporate tax team

Azets has announced the appointment of Frazer Nicol as the new head of the group’s corporate tax team.
Based in the firm’s Aberdeen office, Nicol joins from a role as tax director at Anderson Anderson and Brown.
In the new position, he will be tasked with leading a team that advises corporate clients on a range of issues, including tax compliance, tax structuring, overseas expansion, permanent establishment risk, transfer pricing, and cross border financing.
Nicol provides the role with experience in both practice and industry, advising a variety of clients on domestic and international corporate tax issues.
He also offers strategic tax advice, such as running specialist tax projects and supporting clients with tax obligations, to growing business and multinationals.
