Bytes Technology Group software, security and cloud services specialists, has announced the appointment of Dr Erika Schraner as an independent non-executive director, with effect from 1 September 2021.
Schraner will also become a member of the audit, nomination and remuneration committees. She brings over 25 years’ experience in senior leadership positions to the board.
During her executive career, she held senior professional services roles with Ernst and Young where she further built her transaction experience and led the firm’s technology M&A advisory services (OTS) for the Americas.
More recently she worked at PwC, where she was the UK leader for M&A integration services and TMT M&A advisory (DDV) services.
She said: “I am excited to be joining Bytes at such an exciting time for the company. Following its recent impressive listing, I am looking forward to supporting Neil Murphy, his team and the Board, as we work to deliver value to all of our stakeholders.”
