Accountancy firm Moore Thompson has announced the promotion of Michelle Louth to audit and accounts manager at the group.

She provides the role with over a decade of experience in supporting the business’ East of England clients with a range of issues.

Joining Moore Thompson as a junior accountant, Louth has worked her way up to the new position, delivering support and advice on bookkeeping, VAT, and management accounts and accounts preparation.

Louth said that she was “proud to be taking up the new position” within the group’s Spalding operation.

She added: “The practice has supported me throughout my career and I am really looking forward to giving back through my new role.”

Mark Hildred, managing partner at the company, said: “Michelle has worked tirelessly to support our many clients, carving out a niche within some of the region’s top law firms.

“She is one of a growing number of our managers and partners who have progressed through the practice to take up the lead within our teams – a feat we are always delighted to celebrate.”
