D4t4 Solutions has announced the appointment of Ashoni Mehta as its new CFO, with effect from 1 September 2021.
Mehta is an experienced public company finance director, having previously served on the boards of a number of AIM and Official List businesses.
He most recently worked at Rosslyn Data Technologies Plc and Northbridge Industrial Services Plc, where he also served as non-executive director (including audit and remuneration committee appointments) between April 2011 and June 2021.
He has also held senior financial roles in a variety of private growth companies and is a former non-executive director of the Quoted Companies Alliance.
Mehta qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in 1991 and has experience in investor relations, strategic finance, managing growth, fundraisings, and M&A.
Nitil Patel, who was appointed Interim CFO in March 2021, will remain with the group until the end of September 2021 to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
