Foxley Kingham, a Luton-based accountancy firm has acquired Keens Shay Keens’, a local accountancy and business advisory group.

As part of the deal, the Keens Shay Keens staff will integrate fully with Foxley Kingham including taking on the business name.

In addition, the team has also transferred to the group’s Butterfield office, where Foxley Kingham said they will have “access to a larger pool of expertise”.

Stephen Mason, director at Foxley Kingham, said that taking on Keens Shay Keens was a “perfect opportunity” for the group, as they have always respected them as a “long-established and reputable firm with aligned values and business practices to our own”.

He said: “Both FK and Keens Shay Keens go back a long way in Luton, we know the challenges and opportunities faced by the local market and this merger ensures we can continue to grow and offer great service and advice to our clients.”

“We extend a very warm welcome to the new clients joining us,  as the majority of KSK staff have moved into our offices at Butterfield, it should be a smooth and seamless change for them.”
