Petra Diamonds secures former ‘Big Four’ employee as audit chair
Amongst the appointments includes Deborah Gudgeon, who will also join as chair-designate of the audit and risk committee, she qualified as an ACA at PwC before spending eight years as finance executive with Lonrho plc
