Dow Schofield Watts makes trio of senior promotions
The firm has named Dan Walker and Tom Dutton as associate directors and Ross Thomas as manager
Dow Schofield Watts (DSW) has made three senior promotions in its corporate finance team, naming both Dan Walker and Tom Dutton as associate directors and Ross Thomas as manager.
Both Walker and Dutton joined the firm in 2017 from KPMG, while Thomas joined in 2019 having previously worked at building materials company Kingspan plc.
During their time at Dow Schofield Watts, they have advised on a combined total of over 40 completed deals including buy-outs, disposals, debt raises and acquisitions for both corporate and private equity clients.
Gregg Pendlington, director in the corporate finance team at DSW, said: “These promotions recognise the hard work put in by Dan, Tom and Ross. With a combined DSW experience of 10 years, they continue to make key contributions to our business.”
Established in 2002, DSW has four offices across the UK, including Aberdeen, London, Leeds and Manchester. As an independent financial advisory firm, it offers services such as corporate finance, due diligence and tax and business recovery.
