Haines Watts, the accountancy and advisory firm, has announced two promotions and three external appointments at its Welsh operations.
Having joined the group in 2019, Tanya Wilson has been promoted to full equity partner, while Rhys Scourfield will now act as assistant manager at Haines Watts Wales.
During her time at the company, Wilson has led the corporate finance and forensic team over a period of growth due to the increase in demand for advisory as well as the due diligence and investigation work of the team.
Wilson said that the “strong team” will support Haines Watts in “delivering effective solutions” in a range of sectors to its client-base.
She added: “All the staff make significant contributions to the firm and they all demonstrate the collaborative mind-set and focus on excellent client service.
“Having the right people, with the right skills, and the right culture at the heart of the work place have always been really important to me and I am delighted to have secured my future at Haines Watts.”
Lauren Jones has also been appointed as an associate, while Chillie Squance and Paisley Preece have joined Haines Watts as business support lead and trainee respectively.
