RSM, the audit, tax, and consulting group, has announced 11 new appointments to its corporate finance division.
Spread across its London, Manchester, Edinburgh, and Reading offices, the additions have been made at a number of different levels.
Jasper Van Heesch joins as director at RSM’s London operations, while Graham Weston, Monique Ahmed, and Alex Veale have been appointed as managers.
As for the group’s Edinburgh offices, Ben Wright has joined as an associate, while Igor Noonan has been appointed as an executive.
David Coxhead and Andrew Aldridge will act as associates in Manchester, with Sam Dalziel an associate director.
Finally, RSM Reading sees Max Whitehead join as director and Nick Boreham as an associate.
Kirsty Sandwell, head of transactions at RSM, said: “After an exceptionally challenging year for many clients, the deals market has recovered well and, in some ways, exceeded expectations.
“Private equity liquidity and the threat of capital gains tax increases have all driven activity; so, it’s great to strengthen the corporate finance team across the UK to ensure we are well placed to support acquisitive clients.”
She added: ”Each appointment brings a range of skills, knowledge and experience that will undoubtedly bolster our ability to support our middle market clients in navigating future opportunities in the UK and internationally.”
