Accountancy firm, Randall & Payne, has announced eight promotions to its team.

The firm has promoted Shaun Pegler and Nikki Cairns as client directors for accounts, James Geary client director for corporate tax and Chris Baldwin client director for audit.

Other promotions include Ben Burch and Nathan Smith both having been appointed to audit and assurance managers.

Emma Robinson has been appointed private client tax manager and Andy Sweet as accounts manager.

Managing director Tim Watkins said: “We’re delighted to announce these promotions, some of whom started with the firm as trainees, having worked their way up, growing in experience, qualifications and as individuals. With the current situation we are pleased to have something positive to share and celebrate. 

“The past few months has seen them all step forward and step up to the challenge and build on the work they were already doing. They are all extremely well deserved and the Partners and I are excited for them.”

He added: “The promotions are part of us changing the way we work and restructuring our teams to improve communication between our service specialisms in order to offer a more holistic service to our clients.”
