Machine-tool manufacturer, Tornos, has announced the departure of chief financial officer (CFO) Bruno Edelmann.

Edelmann has held the position of CFO since 2015 and will hand over his office to current head of global supply chain management, Luc Widmer, who held the position of CFO from 2012 to 2015.

Edelmann has previously held the position of senior manager of audit at ‘Big Four’ accountancy firm EY and has held senior positions at Feldschlösschen Beverages, Saia-Burgess Group and Feintool Group.

As of 1 September 2020, the Tornos group’s general management team will consist of CEO Michael Hauser, head of sales and marketing Bruno Allemand and Luc Widmer, CFO.
