PKF Francis Clark has announced the appointment of audit partner Paul Putnam and corporate tax senior manager Rob Meredith to its Bristol office.

Putham joins from BDO UK, where he held the position of director of business assurance and has held senior positions at Grant Thorton and ‘Big Four’ accountancy firm Deloitte.

Whereas, Meredith joins the company from Saffery Champness, where he held the position of senior tax manager.

He also worked for EY, where he held the position of business development manager, corporate tax manager and most recently manager of global compliance and reporting.

Meredith also held senior positions at PwC.
