Brookson Group has announced the appointment of Andrew Fahey as its new CEO.

Fahey succeeds Martin Hesketh, who moves to the position of non-executive director on the Brookson board.

Fahey has over 20 years of experience at Brookson, prior to his new position, he was the group managing director for Brookson for half a year. He also held the position of managing director for the group for over two years.

Other positions at the group included operations and business systems director and commercial director.

Fahey said: “The flexible labour market continues to grow and will remain an instrumental part of the UK economy moving forwards.

“I am extremely proud and excited to be leading the Brookson Group, while we continue to support the flexible workforce and wider supply chain through the changing employment landscape, ensuring they get the best possible outcomes.”

Hesketh added: “I am thrilled that Andrew has accepted the role, continuing to bring his extensive leadership experience to the complex and changing world of professional services. It has been an absolute privilege to lead the Brookson team for so many years and my commitment and passion for our fantastic business remains as strong as ever. 

“I will continue to support Andrew and the leadership team in my new role as non-executive director and look forward to seeing the company continue to flourish and grow under Andrew’s guidance.”

Brookson Group, which includes Brookson One, Brookson Legal, Brookson Financial, Intouch Accounting and Plus Us, is headquartered in Warrington, Cheshire employs and over 350 people across the UK.
