Streets Chartered Accountants has appointed Jennie Brown as a tax partner.

Brown joins the firm with over 15 years of experience gained from working in large practice and regional firms.

She specialises in personal taxes, inheritance tax, wealth protection planning, IR35 and workforce assessments.

Paul Tutin, chairman and managing partner at Streets Chartered Accountants, said: “We are delighted that Jennie has joined us as a partner. Her appointment is an important part of the development of our firm’s tax expertise and resources.”

Brown’s new role will consist of her looking after the needs of existing and new clients from across the East of England and in particular offices in Peterborough, Northamptonshire and Bedford.

She said: “Becoming a partner with Streets is a real milestone for me personally and professionally and I am hugely excited about the opportunity that lies ahead. Tax is a key area of growth within our profession, many areas will continue to be automated and of course efficiencies can and should always be explored.”
