Thomson Snell & Passmore has appointed Nitzan Cohen as its new corporate tax consultant to work alongside its corporate and commercial teams, providing expert advice to clients on a range of business tax related matters.

With over 19 years of delivering specialist advisory services to clients, Cohen will consult on tax implications in connection with issues such as mergers and acquisitions, corporation tax, property taxes, share acquisitions and disposals, company restructuring, private equity financed transactions, employment tax, options and share schemes.

Joanne Gallagher, partner and head of corporate and commercial at Thomson Snell and Passmore, said: “By tapping into Nitzan’s considerable expertise, we will be able to further broaden and strengthen the already excellent service we deliver to clients.

“As we head into our landmark 450th year, we are actively looking to continue to expand our service offering and grow our team.”
