Price Bailey announces four senior-level promotions

Price Bailey has announced four senior-level promotions including promoting Sarah Pool to director and Stephanie Lloyd, Gemma Thake and Louise Fox to the roles of senior manager with effect from 1 October 2019.

These promotions follow the firm’s recent announcement of Chris Williamson joining Price Bailey as a tax partner and brings the number of senior-level promotions to 10 since April.

Pool has been working within the HR field for over 20 years and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She joined the HR team at Price Bailey in 2018 and firm said she has made a “strong impact” in the evolving development of the team and how the team works across the business.

Lloyd joined Price Bailey in 2000 starting as a trainee and has been with the business team since becoming ACCA qualified. She was promoted to manager in 2011 working with a full portfolio of owner-managed business clients, partnerships, individuals and trusts.

Thake joined the tax team in 2017 after beginning her career at Deloitte on their graduate scheme. She then continued to gain experience at PEM managing both compliance and advisory tax for a portfolio of clients. She is both ACA and CTA qualified and acts on a substantial variety of tax matters for some of the firm’s largest and most complex clients.

Finally, Fox joined Price Bailey in 2005 starting as a trainee and is a further example of successful career development within the firm. She became ACCA qualified in 2008 and then moved into the tax team.

She became CTA qualified in 2011 and was later promoted to manager in 2013. She has worked across the Bishop’s Stortford, Mayfair and Cambridge offices developing her technical experience and managing skills in both corporate and personal tax.
