Security company Newmark Security has announced the appointment of Cooper Parry as its new auditor.
Cooper Parry will be auditing the electronic and physical security systems firm for the financial year ended April 2023.
It will be replacing BDO LLP as the auditor for Newmark. BDO confirmed that there are no matters connected with its ceasing to hold office that need to be brought to the attention of the members or creditors.
Newmark Security is a UK and US based security firm which has been a public company for the last 20 years.
In its half year results the company posted revenues of £10.6m and a pre tax profit of £371,000.
Cooper Parry is a midlands based accounting firm which specialises in audit, tax, service charge, wealth and corporate finance.
