Michael McAllister has been appointed the firm’s first payroll partner, while Neil Wilson in business advisory was also promoted.

The new group is completed by Richard Sutherland and Stuart Walker, who have both been promoted to partner in Johnston Carmichael Wealth, the firm’s wealth management and financial planning arm.

CEO Andrew Walker said: “I am pleased to welcome our new Partners and Directors to our leadership team. “We have been clear about our commitment to fostering a culture where everyone is a leader of their work and their learning by enabling our people to work flexibly in a supportive environment that helps them perform to their very best every day.

“This group of leaders are ambassadors for this commitment and will help to grow our firm for the future building on our success and ensuring we remain a legacy firm where anyone, regardless of their background or circumstances, can develop their career to become a senior leader of our business.”
