Chartered accountancy firm Saffery Champness has announced the promotion of two directors to partner.

Effective 1 April, Margi Campbell and Hannah Mazrae will serve in the new roles from their respective Inverness and Bournemouth bases.

Having joined Saffery Champness in 2017, Campbell provides advisory and tax planning services to wealthy entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals, professional partnerships, family businesses, and landed estate clients.

Mazrae specialises in providing advice and support to a number of clients, such as landed estates, agribusinesses, and the commercial sector where she works alongside directors, trustees, and individuals on accounting, audit, and taxation issues.

She provides the new position with 12 years of experience working at Saffery Champness, having joined the group in 2009.

Matthew Burton, managing partner at the company, said: “Margi and Hannah’s promotions are very well deserved: they have proved themselves to be excellent all-round advisers – leveraging considerable expertise to support clients with both accounting and tax issues.

“They have also demonstrated themselves more than capable of providing the high levels of service our clients expect from us.”
