Accountancy and tax advisory firm Blick Rothenberg has promoted four new partners as part of a wider round of 65 promotions across the business.

The latest appointments bring the total number of promotions at the firm to 88 in 2024, following 23 earlier in the year.

Louisa Constanti has been promoted to partner in practice management, having joined the firm in 2022 from BDO. She currently serves as people director.

Meanwhile, Simon Lewis has become a partner in financial services. He joined Blick Rothenberg in 2019 as part of the acquisition of Rees Pollock and specialises in audit for asset managers, including private equity and venture capital firms.

Additionally, Mark Edser, who joined in 2023 from Dominus, has been promoted to partner in practice management in his role as finance director.

Lastly, Tom Dickinson has been promoted to partner in audit, accounting and outsourcing.

He joined the firm in 2017 through its acquisition of Shelley Stock Hutter and works with mid-market international clients across sectors including technology, fashion, retail and manufacturing.

According to Blick Rothenberg, the promotions demonstrate its commitment to recognising leadership across the business.

Nimesh Shah, chief executive, said: “I am delighted to welcome Louisa, Simon, Mark and Tom to our partner group. They bring outstanding expertise, energy and leadership from across different parts of our business.”

Edsar added: “It’s an exciting time in the sector. While there are challenges, such as changes to carried interest, the government’s focus on encouraging investment in UK start-ups is a positive step.”

Constanti concluded: “These four Partner promotions, alongside 65 others across the firm – and 23 earlier this year – mean that 88 of our colleagues have progressed in their careers at Blick Rothenberg in 2024 alone. That’s something we’re incredibly proud of, and it reflects the continued focus we place on professional development and opportunity.”
