TC Group has agreed a new strategic partnership with Silverstone Composites designed to accelerate the company’s growth, support long-term succession planning and strengthen its financial position.
The advanced materials firm, based at Silverstone Park in Northamptonshire, will receive a full range of advisory services from TC Group, including tax, research and development (R&D), property, HR, corporate finance and accountancy.
The working relationship between the two companies was re-established after Stephen Henson, associate director of client services at TC Group, reconnected with Marcus Trofimov, director at Silverstone Composites. The pair had first met during Henson’s time at Barclays.
Silverstone Composites works across the motorsport, aerospace and bespoke manufacturing sectors and is seeking to expand operations after securing new premises at Silverstone Park.
TC Group supported the site acquisition as part of a wider programme of advisory services.
TC Group has also supported Silverstone Composites in accessing tax and R&D reliefs, enabling reinvestment into innovation and recruitment. Its corporate finance team is now advising the business on succession planning and future growth strategy.
According to TC Group, the partnership reflects its broader aim of delivering “joined-up, jargon-free advice across finance, tax and property, helping clients make informed decisions and pursue new opportunities”.
