Saffery and its partner TheTruthWorks have been shortlisted for the RAD Awards for their employer brand “Where Potential Meets Personal”.

Now in its 35th consecutive year, the RAD Awards celebrate the “very best” in employer branding, recruitment marketing and people communications.

Clients, in partnership with their agencies, as well as in-house teams, enter their “most innovative and effective solutions” in employer branding, talent acquisition and employee retention from the past year. Saffery entered the awards for the first time this year.

The 2025 awards ceremony will take place on 30 January at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London where the winners will be announced.

Mark Duhig, HR director at Saffery, said: “Launching Where Potential Meets Personal has been a great success, and this is just the start. We continue to actively work on bringing this to life for our people and giving it meaning.

“What’s most special is that this brand has been co-created from day one. Many, many colleagues and partners have contributed to it and it was a brilliant collaborative effort between the marketing and people teams.”

Richard Crook, marketing and business development director at Saffery, added: “The calibre of these awards are always of the very highest standards and it is a great testament to Saffery to be shortlisted with such prestigious brand names and campaigns.”
