Ashmole and Co has welcomed Owain Rees as its new trainee accountant in its Llandeilo team.The firm said it is committed to supporting its local communities by employing local talent, adding that “from trainee accountants to customer services, every member of the team is sourced from within the region”.
Rees recently joined the firm after gaining his A Levels at Ysgol Gyfun Bro Myrddin. He is now studying for his AAT level 4 with Coleg Sir Gar as part of his traineeship with Ashmole and Co.
As a trainee, he will complete various tasks relating to preparing accounts, VAT and tax returns for clients including local farming businesses, sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
