Consilium advises Cofficient on transition to employee ownership

Consilium Chartered Accountants has advised Cofficient on its successful transition to employee ownership. 

The firm provided tax and corporate finance advisory services to the founders of the business, who have sold the company shareholding to an employee ownership trust.
