Hentons Corporate Finance, a joint venture with Hentons Chartered Accountants, has announced the appointment of Lingyu Jiang as the latest solicitor for Hentons Legal and Jack Myers as a corporate finance executive, both based in the London office. 

Myers was previously an assistant manager at Crowe UK within the corporate audit team.

In his new role, he will be responsible for collaborating with clients and colleagues and contributing to the achievement of personal and professional goals. 

Meanwhile, Jiang joins as a qualified corporate solicitor, having gained experience in corporate, banking, conveyancing, and commercial matters. She was trained in a Marylebone-based London law firm.

Jiang said: “I am delighted to join Hentons Legal. The collaborative atmosphere here aligns perfectly with my commitment to creating positive outcomes for clients. 

“My legal background, coupled with the insights from my Chartered Tax Advisor course, positions me well to navigate the complexities of corporate transactions and provide valuable support to our clients.”

Myers said: “I am excited about the opportunity to join Hentons Corporate Finance. The team’s growth trajectory aligns with my professional aspirations, and I look forward to leveraging my skills and experience to contribute to our collective success.”
