Xeinadin has announced its latest acquisition of Gregory Priestly and Stewart (GP&S), an accountancy practice based in Long Eaton that specialises in supporting owner-managed businesses across the Midlands.
The firm manages a client portfolio ranging from engineering companies to international travel operators, and provides services including taxation, audit, corporate finance, payroll, and business consultancy.
GP&S also operates within specific sectors such as construction, audiology, property, and education. The firm employs 22 staff who have an average tenure of 15 years.
Clients of the practice will receive immediate access to the broader specialist advisory services offered by Xeinadin. The move is intended to support long-term growth and succession planning.
Derry Crowley, chief executive of Xeinadin, said: “GP&S is exactly the kind of practice we want to bring into Xeinadin. Respected locally, rooted in relationships, and actively advising clients on how to grow and adapt.”
Peter Stewart, partner at GP&S, said: “In joining Xeinadin, we’re gaining access to additional resources, expertise and support we need to take the business forward, without losing what makes us who we are.”
Carl Danvers, area managing partner at Xeinadin, added: “Peter, Pierre and the team reflect the people-first approach we look for at Xeinadin. This move marks a natural next step in the practice’s growth.”
