Professional services group S&W has appointed Pavan Singh as a partner to lead its tax valuations offering in London.
The hire is part of a strategic expansion of the firm’s valuations and modelling capability, which has grown to 45 staff over the last five years.
Singh has more than 25 years of experience advising high-net-worth individuals, private equity houses, and large corporate clients.
Her expertise covers tax valuations for transactions, internal reorganisations, and restructurings.
Before joining S&W, Singh established the tax valuation practice at Eight Advisory in London.
She also previously led the tax valuation team at KPMG LLP. In her new role, she will work across the firm’s advisory and tax teams to support both UK and international clients.
The appointment follows S&W’s recent expansion into Europe and increased investment in intellectual property valuation.
The firm has recently recruited several senior tax partners to strengthen its multidisciplinary capabilities.
Pavan Singh, partner at S&W, said: “S&W has a strong heritage in tax, combined with an entrepreneurial and agile mindset that allows the firm to evolve alongside its clients and the market. The opportunity to join the leadership team within the valuations and modelling team and help create a clear market differentiator was a compelling one.”
Olivier Pecon, head of valuations and modelling at S&W, added: “I am delighted to welcome Pavan to the team. Her depth of experience in tax valuations will be invaluable as we continue to broaden our offering for a growing UK and international client base. Her arrival follows our recent expansion in Europe and the recruitment of several senior tax partners.”
