BrightCloud, a specialist in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and customer experience (CX) solutions, is a leading European partner for Cisco. The acquisition enhances Gamma’s CCaaS and CX capabilities, aligning with its goal to become a leading managed service provider across Europe. The deal, managed by FRP’s James Mines, Ed Shurville-Darlington, and Madhavi Morjaria, strengthens Gamma’s strategic partnership with Cisco and expands its offerings in the enterprise and public sectors.
