This move follows GS Verde’s recent office opening in Cheltenham, aiming to expand its footprint across the UK. Anderson Shaw, established in 2006, specialises in supporting business sales and growth through acquisitions. Peter Wilson, the current managing director of Anderson Shaw, will remain with the company and join GS Verde’s deal team. The acquisition enhances GS Verde’s offerings in the West Midlands, integrating legal, finance, tax, and communications services.
