Evelyn Partners is set to acquire Haines Watts’ Northern offices in Manchester, Leeds, and Newcastle, marking its sixth acquisition in 2023. The acquisition, which will complete on August 2, brings five partners, nine directors, and over 150 staff to Evelyn Partners, enhancing its services to entrepreneurial, owner-managed businesses in the North of England. Andrew Wilkes, chief professional services director, praised the high-quality team led by Donna Bulmer and emphasised the cultural alignment and strategic benefits of the acquisition.
