PwC has partnered with OpenAI to integrate ChatGPT Enterprise into its operations in the UK and US. This move enhances PwC’s AI capabilities, allowing the firm to leverage advanced AI models for various business applications. By adopting ChatGPT Enterprise, PwC aims to improve efficiency in tasks such as tax return reviews and proposal generation. The agreement includes access to the latest AI tools, including OpenAI's ChatGPT-4 model. PwC's expanded AI capabilities align with its strategy to deliver innovative, tech-powered solutions while maintaining high-quality service standards for its clients. RMT Accountants and Business Advisors has expanded its specialist healthcare division by hiring Monisa Shahzad and James Broomhead as accountants. Shahzad, with a background at PwC and experience in the healthcare sector, and Broomhead, a Newcastle University graduate and ICAEW chartered accountant, will handle the financial needs of healthcare businesses across the UK. RMT's healthcare division, the largest outside London, has seen significant growth, assisting over 1,000 medical professionals. Director Maxine Pott highlighted the increasing demand for their services and praised the new hires for their expertise and strong start at RMT. Interpath Advisory has appointed Deepa Ramchandani as its Financial Modelling lead to expand its Data and Technology offering. Ramchandani, with over 20 years of experience in the UK, Singapore, and India, joins from KPMG, where she was a partner and head of Technology Business Management. She will focus on enhancing Interpath’s Financial Modelling services, including M&A, project finance, and decarbonisation planning. Alongside Ramchandani, Sinan Tamer and Tristan Brown have been appointed as associate directors. Ramchandani expressed excitement about Interpath’s growth and its inclusive, diverse culture, aiming to support clients with strategic decision-making through data and technology. FRP has advised MML, a London-based mid-market private equity firm, on its investment in Cosegic. The investment will help accelerate Cosegic’s growth in the UK and internationally. Cosegic, which employs over 60 people, provides regulatory compliance support to financial services companies. This deal enhances MML’s expertise in financial services and people-based businesses. FRP’s Corporate Finance and Debt Advisory teams played crucial roles in the transaction. MML’s Henry Alty praised the support from FRP, highlighting their valuable input throughout the process. The partnership aims to drive Cosegic’s UK and international growth ambitions.
