Magma continues to grow and expand, and Pownall’s extensive experience will support the firm’s ongoing development.

KPMG UK’s professional development pathway, including its flagship program, Core Consulting, has received accreditation from the Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC) competency framework. Core Consulting, an intensive five-day program designed to upskill consultants, will now be recognised by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). The program emphasises empathy, collaboration, and technical expertise development. It will be extended to new graduates and has already been delivered to over 800 KPMG consultants. The ChMC has gained popularity, with many consultants working toward chartered status.
