Wilson Wright appoints new partner

Deon van Tonder joined the firm six years ago as an audit manager, progressing to audit associate in 2018

Wilson Wright has announced it has promoted Deon van Tonder to partner with immediate effect.

Tonder joined the firm six years ago as an audit manager, progressing to audit associate in 2018. He trained and qualified as a chartered accountant in South Africa, before moving to London in 2008.

He is also a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Tonder will bring in-depth experience in auditing and financial reporting, including consolidations and corporation tax to his new role and will work closely with clients in several different sectors.

Tonder said: “Our approach as a firm emphasises strong relationships with our clients so that we can provide them with the best possible advice, informed by a detailed knowledge of their values, circumstances and goals.
