FRP promotes two members of restructuring team to partner

Specialist business advisory firm FRP has promoted two members of its restructuring advisory team to partner amid a series of senior promotions across the UK.

Nathan Jones and David Shambrook have both been promoted, bringing FRP’s total number of partners to 53. In their new roles they will continue to provide clients with restructuring support, helping to meet the ongoing growth in demand for FRP’s business advisory services.

Jones joined FRP’s East Midlands practice in 2011 and has more than 20 years’ experience working with businesses facing financial challenges across sectors as diverse as healthcare, property, manufacturing and leisure.

Shambrook joined FRP in 2013 and has extensive experience advising management teams and key stakeholders in sectors including financial markets, leisure and construction, with a specialism in real estate. He has previously undertaken secondments to Lloyds Banking Group and Santander.

The promotions come as FRP also announced a series of director-level promotions across its network.

Iain Townsend, a member of FRP’s restructuring advisory team in Teesside, has been promoted to director, along with London-based forensic services team members Karen Mura and Steven Bain and restructuring advisory team members Simon Baggs, Stephen Beattie, Owen Davies and David Hinrichsen.

Jeremy French, chief operating officer, FRP said: “These promotions are testament not just to the skill and experience of our team members, but also the exceptionally hard work each and every one has put into delivering outstanding results for their clients.

“We’re continuing to see a rise in demand for the services we offer across the business, and having the right teams in place across our national office network is essential to delivering the high quality of service we strive for every time. We’re committed to supporting professional development and recognising outstanding achievement, and I offer my congratulations to all of those who have taken this step up.”
